The Afro Percussive Bloc Daughters of Mother Africa is a female afrocentric collective from São Paulo that uses percussion as a form of ancestral communication. For the 2025 carnival, the bloco is scheduled to parade on March 3rd, with the following route in São Paulo:

  • Start: Rua Cumarú 204

  • Route: Rua Ribeiro dos Santos, Rua Abaitinga, Rua Inhabata

  • Return: Rua Cumaru 204
