Founded in 1984 in the traditional neighborhood of Vila Isabel, Bloco Nosso Sonho (Our Dream Block) is an icon of the São Paulo carnival. Emerging as "Bloco da Vila" (Vila Block), the block adopted its current name in 1986, becoming a symbol of the city's carnival culture.
