Tic Tac Block: Samba and Animation at the São Paulo Carnival

Founded in 1996, the Tic Tac Block is one of the highlights of the São Paulo carnival. With its name inspired by the sound of the clock that marked the beginning of its parades, the block is known for its animation and interaction with the public.

Tic Tac presents a contagious repertoire of samba and carnival marches, performed by its own drum section and accompanied by dancers. The energy of the block infects crowds, making its parades an unforgettable moment.

Traditionally, the Tic Tac Block holds its annual parades on Rua Voluntários da Pátria, in São Paulo. The block also promotes rehearsals and samba circles throughout the year, keeping the carnival spirit alive throughout the year.

With its animation, contagious samba and interaction with the public, the Tic Tac Block is one of the most authentic representatives of the São Paulo carnival.
