O Filhxs de Plutão is a carnival bloco (street band) from São Paulo that emerged in 2020, under the aegis of the Confraria do Pasmado (Brotherhood of the Astonished). It stands out for its alternative proposal, prioritizing community connection and the appreciation of eclectic repertoires ranging from classic samba to axé. Its trajectory reflects a conscious critique of the spectacularization of the party, rescuing the essence of old friends' gatherings while incorporating political and social themes into its performances.
