Lambabloco emerged from a nostalgic conversation between friends who wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the "lambaerobics" classes of the 90s. Founded on February 16, 2020, on Rua do Mercado, in the center of Rio de Janeiro, the bloco aims to revive the energy of axé music with high energy, a focus on dance, and choreographies that recall those classes.
