About Bloco Jornada nas Estrelas

The Jornada nas Estrelas Block, led by Maestro Spok, celebrates Pernambuco culture and frevo in the federal capital. Held in the gardens of the CCBB Brasília, the event features frevo workshops, carnival face painting, and costume customization. On Sunday, a special program for children, called "Jornadinha nas Estrelas," is held with the participation of the Mundo Bita group.

Star Trek Block: An Intergalactic Carnival

The Star Trek Block is a unique and thematic highlight in the Brazilian carnival scene. Founded in 2014 in the Santa Teresa neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, the block pays homage to the iconic "Star Trek" franchise.

Thematic Identity

The block distinguishes itself by its thematic proposal, which celebrates the "Star Trek" franchise. During the performances, revelers dress up in elaborate cosplays, representing characters and spaceships from the series.

Musical Structure

The block's soundtrack is a mixture of classic franchise music, including instrumental themes and iconic songs. To the sound of "Boldly Go," revelers embark on an intergalactic musical journey.

Special Features

In addition to the cosplays, the block also features replicas of spaceships, such as the Enterprise and the Millennium Falcon. These visual displays add an extra touch of immersion to the parade.
