About Bloco Sudaca
Bloco Sudaca is a street carnival group from São Paulo that brings a unique musical and cultural proposal, with roots in South American culture. Its repertoire incorporates rhythms and styles from South America, such as cumbia, candombe, and chacarera, in addition to the traditional samba of the Brazilian carnival.
The bloco is known for promoting cultural integration, celebrating the diversity of South America and bringing musical and cultural elements from neighboring countries to the São Paulo carnival. It parades in the city center, in the Sé neighborhood, and is scheduled to parade on March 3, 2025.
