The Cordão do Balaio do Canjico is a carnival block that enlivens the streets of the Canjico neighborhood in Salvador, Bahia. Founded in 1999, the block gained its current name in 2001 and has established itself as one of the most lively in the city.

During carnival, the Cordão do Balaio do Canjico parades through the streets of the neighborhood, spreading a contagious mix of samba-reggae, axé, and other Bahian rhythms. The block features a live band and a group of dancers who guarantee the audience's excitement.
