Sonido Trópico is a relatively new carnival bloco in São Paulo. Its music features a fusion of tropical rhythms, such as salsa, cumbia, and merengue, with the Brazilian carnival spirit. The bloco will parade on February 10th, with gathering and dispersal at Praça Rosa Alves da Silva, in Vila Mariana.
